About Us…
The Owner:
My name is Marco Spagnuolo, owner at The Lexington House, and I am thrilled to share my story with the wonderful community of Los Gatos.
Since 2009 the restaurant business has been my life's work.
I was born and raised in Italy, and that passion for food and hospitality is in my blood. I've been fortunate enough to own multiple restaurants over the years and in different countries, but the most successful and special to me is Pizzeria O' Vesuvio Firenze in downtown Florence, Italy. https://www.ovesuviofirenze.com/
It was a place where I poured my heart into every dish and every detail, creating a space that felt like home.
Despite the success of my career in Europe, my greatest joy is my family. A new chapter in my life called me to California. The most important reason for my move to the Bay Area was to be closer to my little daughters Luna and Stella (11-12 years old).
Family is everything to me, and the opportunity to be a part of their lives here was something I couldn't pass up.
Now, I am honored to begin this new chapter as the owner of The Lexington House. This restaurant has such a rich history and a warm, inviting spirit, I can't wait to bring my years of experience and my love for authentic and fresh food to its heart also with the help of my kitchen brigade guided from Chef Leo and the amazing bar program headed from Mayia and Victoria.
I look forward to meeting you all and building a new home for my family and myself here in Los Gatos.

It's great to meet you! I'm Chef Leo, and I'm thrilled to be starting a new chapter here at The Lexington House in Los Gatos.
My journey in the food industry began right here in California, where I spent years honing my skills as a cook, bartender and a floor manager. That experience gave me a deep appreciation for hospitality and the rhythm of a great restaurant.
Craving a deeper understanding of the craft, I traveled to Europe for two years, immersing myself in the rich traditions of old-world cuisine. It was there that I learned to appreciate the art of simplicity and the power of cooking with the best ingredients.
Now, I've brought everything I've learned back home. Here at The Lexington House, I'm able to blend my experiences by using the unique, fresh, and farm-to-table products that California is known for, while adding a modern touch to the classic techniques I studied in Europe.
I am very excited to share my passion with you. Come visit us soon and experience what we have created.
